Anyone use a Gorilla Pod to attach a camera to their bars? I was kind of thinking of one since I missed getting my bear sighting on the Enchanted Circle. :(
It looks like it would be a cool thing to have for hiking when we want both of us in the picture, so I may get one anyway.

Withm has one and praised it during our recent ride.
I've been eyeballing them too.
Go, buy.

I don't, but DH has a couple (not for biking). I wouldn't use it while riding, personally. It's plenty sturdy for stationary applications, but really not meant to keep a camera from falling off a moving, vibrating object. There are many solid mounts for attaching cameras to motorcycles - it would only take a little shimming to adapt them for bicycles.
ETA: this (http://www.instructables.com/id/Bicycle-Camera-Mount-for-under-$1/) looks easy, solid and extremely cheap...
I have done it on my commute once or twice. Not bad. Not 100% stable but works okay...
