Our public administration didn't realize the consequences of having something called the South Lake Union Trolley :D They changed it to the South Lake Union Streetcar but some industrious individuals made "Ride the S.L.U.T." shirts (http://www.ridethe****.com/)

Years ago when Fredericksburg, VA was organizing its first city-wide bus service, they briefly considered calling it "Fredericksburg Area Rapid Transit"....someone wisely decided to pass on it. :eek::eek:
