Riding in DC

Any ladies in the DC area that would be up for a ride together?
My husband is currently deployed to Iraq, but upon his arrival, we'll be relocated from Tennesee (which, I might add....has gorgeous riding that I will miss dearly) to the lovely DC. I am a little nervous about being in the city, but if anyone is familiar with the riding there, please give me some info!!
