Is anyone else trying to climb into the TV? Well, except for the ride in the rain; I think my fingers and toes were crossed that no one would hit slick.
But, I'm ALL OVER the pool!

I did a tri this morning, and since I got home we've been watching 2 days worth of Olympics. To the point where I think I'm getting a tv headache! I'll be seeing events in my sleep!

Normally, don't watch a lot of TV but with the TDF and the Olympics..have become a TV junkie!

At our cottage, we have a rule with the kids. No television during the day, and only movies at night. But we also have the "Olympic Rule." If we are there during the olympics, the TV can be on during the day, as long as they are watching the olympics.

I love the Olympics, I will watch anything that is on. Well we DVR it and I pass through things I don't care about or see all the time in the US(basketball). But I did find myself watching water polo (partially while napping), sculling and beach volleyball yesterday. Normally I wouldn't watch any of these things if they were on TV. I don't watch the pros at basketball, so I skipped that part. I did watch all the swimming, diving and gymnastics plus the cycling.

Our house has been glues to the Olympics as well. But I think I am getting to the saturation point as well.

We've been glued to the TV too. Did anyone watch handball? Very different; like a combination of soccer and basketball. Nice to see the cycling too, especially the women.

We've got the Olympics on at all hours too. I'm a bit bummed though - as far as I can tell the track cycling is not going to be televised. :( It's going to be aired live on the internet, which would be fine except it's on at 3:30am Central. If it was on the TV at least I could tape it.

This is something I researched and posted on an earlier olympics thread. Now I don't remember where I went to weed through all the info and gather this - but at that point, track cycling was going to be televised.

My family is glued to the TV, too. I love the summer Olympics so much!

Yesterday we had the TV on the Olympics so long that a message came up on the TV saying the box would shut off due to inactivity (a cool feature if we'd ever left it on by accident). I love that I'm seeing all sorts of different events.
