So I know that Veronica is doing her HIM this weekend on Saturday. This is a really big race for her and we all need to send out lots of posi vibes.
Have fun V.!!!!
Oh, and while you're at it could you just shift those vibes to me on Sunday? I'm going to try to redeem myself at the Troika HIM in Spokane. Here goes my second attempt at a PR at this distance.
Who else is racing this weekend?

Thanks Wahine!
I'm walking around with my timing chip thingie on my ankle. I never got a chance to run with it, so I'm wearing it all day today. I wonder what sort of funny looks I'll get at the grocery store.
When did you decide to do this one? I thought you were under orders to rest? Or was the rest in prep. for it?
I know you'll do great!

Super fast butterflies headed to Veronica and Wahine. I know you're both going to have great races and I'm looking forward to reading the race reports!!
Hugs, too

Good Luck to both of you. I will send you both postive vibes. You guys will both rock it.
Nothing as big as a HIM, but we are doing a 40 mile mt bike race this weekend.
This may sound like a dumb question, but do they have live coverage for your races like at an IM. Can we track your progress online?

We'll be thinking about you guys, you can be sure of that! Have fun, y'all.
Good luck ladies!
I'll be at the Midsummer Oly tri at Blue Lake on Sunday. 2nd time at this distance, and hopefully I'll be faster than my 3:30+ at Pac Crest!

This is exciting with so many races this w/e. I am currently trying to totally rest my legs. ( i hate the resting part), so I will swim tomorrow and then nothing till Sunday.
I am sure the HIM girls are in some sort of a taper........

I signed up for this one about 6 weeks ago when I found out my Mom was going to be in Coeur d'Alene that weekend.
The strict rest orders were to try to get rid of my silly virus before the race. My Doc knows I'm racing regardless. Worst case scenario I'm sick for about a week afterward. I feel pretty good today, so hopefully I've already kicked it.
This is a very Wahine friendly course with better temps than I had at Pacific Crest. So if all goes as planned, there is no reason for me not to have an excellent race.
Can't wait to hear how you do!!

Good Luck, all you racers!
(I'm gonna race around the Title 9 sale, then race through my house with the vacuum cleaner, then race to my patio with a cold beer. It's the Knot HIM! ;))

Hm - I might have to do that tri on Saturday! (Except I'm more of a wine girl myself ;) ) Are all Title 9 stores having a sale or is it something special in Seattle?
