We lost a cyclist in a car collision in Fort Collins the other day.
Coloradoan Article (http://www.coloradoan.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080723/NEWS01/807230323&referrer=FRONTPAGECAROUSEL) Possibly to a drunk driver. A tragedy in all aspects.

Just a reminder to everyone to never take a day for granted.

Since my father died in a car accident in Oct. '05, I never do. Everything can change in a split second, on a bike or in a car. :(

For any other people in Fort Collins, the funeral is today in the Oval at CSU (Friday, July 25), and all members of the cycling community are welcome and encouraged to attend to support the family. 1pm today in the oval.
