TE Rocks!!! WOW~

I ordered some shoes from TE last week & they arrived today :eek: WOW!!!:D :cool: I am sure the courier dude thought I was a bit crazy when i let out a "wahoo" here at work..

Kudos to TE customer service reps :D I thought it would take them a few days to answer my original email but not so!

Perhaps now with the great exchange rate I might buy a few more items..later on..

Well, they just passed one test..

They fit with the thick ground effect wintry socks:D

I'll have to wait until i get home to do the other tests..

TE does indeed rock! I am in between sizes - misses XL and womens 1X. I had trouble discerning from the garment size guides (for Terry)(look at them - my dimensions indicated either would fit!) and had ordered the misses jersey that I was eyeing. Sadly, the jersey was a great fit in the chest, but a little smaller that I'd prefer in the waist.

I'd emailed customer service asking if they could help me rather than me second guessing between 1X and 2X. I gave the odd request of someone comparing the sizes side by side to give me information for my order.

I was amazed how fast I had received assistance and a reminder to use the coupon code for free shipping on my reorder. I'd received the email at work and did not have my invoice on me. My CS agent even emailed me the code so that I could order from work and get my order in that day rather than the next.

Also, shipping was really fast for me!

Same here, I called about a fitting question and the rep went and got both sizes and discussed them with me...TE provides the epitome of customer service!

The one time that I had to return an item I ordered from TE - shorts didn't fit right - they made it easy and credited my credit card as soon as they received it. Sometimes they even pack a few extra goodies too.:cool::D

YES!! I got a post it type sticky pad that had the TE logo on it!! Loved it!!
