According to the blog the response has caused some site problems :) ... tho' I've always found problems with their website whenever they attempted interactivity. Said they had to add a digit to the pledged-miles counter :)

They're up to four and a half million miles. They had to add a digit once already... wouldn't it be great if they had to do it again?
