I got a call tonight from a gallery owner asking if I could produce several paintings for 2 events. One event is headed by a decorator that was chosen to place original works of art in a hospital wing. She wanted works on paper but will accept canvas. The other event is a decorator needing art for a bank and wants primarily blue paintings (which dries the slowest). Both parties want sizes of work that I don't have on hand and will have to make a run to the art supply store first thing in the morning. And could I deliver it to her by Wednesday. Cripes!

Anyone else having a crazy day?

Yes, I'm a warm tone kind of girl. :) I'm going to have to break out the acrylics for this event.

Wow! Sending you lots of blue, energetic, inspiring, beautiful butterflies to help you create and then dry your works of art! Crazy, stressful, happy full moon to you!

And, yes, I get it too. New boss wants me to do the product photography, but needed the pics now so, no light tent, no real lights, no proper background, not even a tripod. Looks like we might be able to use a couple of the pics from today (whew!) and that company should be ordering all of the above equipment this week. :D Yup, must be a full moon!

Hugs and butterflies,
~T~

LBTC, your thoughts are very much appreciated. I've got about half of the paintings finished. How is your project coming along? Hopefully without any snags?

SD - half done already? You are right on target! YAY! Glad to send the butterflies, they should keep helping as long as you need them. :p

After the chaos of the "photo shoot" on Thursday, Friday was super busy with other stuff. I think next week I will finally be able to go over the equipment I want the company to buy, and that future photo shoots can be professional and achieve a better result. :) I like the work I got done on Friday, too, though, so it's all good. Thanks for asking!

Hugs and butterflies,
