looking for a good ride near Long Beach Island, NJ

I'll be visiting Long Beach Island, NJ in the near future and I'm looking for a good route for a 20-30 mile ride for riders who like a challenge but who sometimes want to die on hills. Thanks for any info lb satterly

I know this year's late, but just in case someone else wants to ride. Long Beach Island is free cyclist. You can ride the entire length of the beach. It's a great place. Ciao
