RR and a bit about expectations

It's so nice when once in awhile you have low or no expectations and you actually end up doing pretty well!

I had a slight hope of breaking 3 hours for this Oly, but thought for sure it'd be more than that. I just wanted to finish, really.

Turns out my time was 3:01! Yay! I'm very happy with that, and am feeling satisfied with my race! I love it when that happens!

Way to go! I think that is an awesome time and your speed on the bike was amazing. I have yet to do that distance..it's a bit mind bending for me ..I'll eventually get there and I will remember your story!
