I love tea and I am always looking out for something new to try.
About a month ago I found this gem made by one of my favourite tea makers.
Its not actually a tea but apparently it is often called red tea because of its lovely colour.
Well I love it and have had to go and restock my supply.
If you looking for something new to drink maybe give it a try.

There are lots of good flavored rooibos teas too - yummy!!!!

I've heard it's high on potassium.

Am a tea drinker at home, but a coffee drinker outside of home. More of a cost-saving thing. My habit is addictive. I will have 3 cups of tea PLUS 2-3 cups of coffee at work. For latter, partially because it's been free.

Despite several boxes of different teas in cupboard, seem to lean on my fav, original Twinings Earl Grey. No fake Earl Greys for me...there is a difference in taste! I do take tea with a touch of milk. Never any sugar (though I have sugar in dessert, etc.) in tea nor coffee. Can't explain that one, but suddenly around when I was 22, one day I stopped putting sugar in my teas and coffees.

When I do occasionally have other types, the teas tend to be chai type, ginseng or ginger --teas that are aromatic with spices and abit of kick. Fruit teas turn me off most of the time. I have occasionally made a ginseng chicken soup....one uses a ginseng tea bag.

Don't seem to drink much Chinese tea at home even though I have a healthy supply plus the Japanese tea with roasted rice grains.

Rooibos is lovely. As is Honeybush. My favourite brand is Numi.

There isn't a tea of theirs that I've tried that I haven't liked. All of them are smooth and full of flavour, including the Earl Grey, and they make very nice spiced varieties - I'm trying the spiced white this morning, and they make a rooibos chai and, well, I can't say enough about this stuff. Totally yummy!!

I used to drink fruit teas, but just have no desire to anymore. Oh, and, yes, I'm addicted to. On a work day it's probably 5 cups of tea from morning on, all with caffeine! :o

Hugs and butterflies,

I use milk in some teas but never sugar or honey. I am like you Star, stopped in my early twenties and now it just tastes wrong . I do however like hot cider vinegar with honey.

Thanks girls for all your recommendations.:)
