Hi all,
I am new to the forum and relatively new to cycling. I have a fixie and I ride everyday to work plus longer rides on weekends.
I am signing up for the Ride to Montauk (more info here (http://www.nycbicycleshow.com/Montauk%2008/Home%20Page.html)) and I would like to ride Metric Century (about 66miles). The ride is mainly flat with last 5 miles of rolling hills. I ride typically around 14-16mph pace and have somewhat different style on the hills than bicyclists with gears.
I am looking for riding partner with similar pace.
Since the registration starts very early, I can also offer an independent accommodation (own room with own half bathroom) on Manhattan relatively near Penn Station (25 streets away).
Please, let me know if you are interested.
Martina
