Had to share some news...my boys just did 3 miles on the local mtn bike trail, and are going to do a kids race tomorrow (1 mile), they are ages (6 and 8) and they never cease to amaze me.... the longest ride they have done so far has been about 8 miles on a paved trail and today we did the longest they have done on the mtn trail... and they went pretty quick this time too...

Aww - how great! I can't wait until my girls are old enough to get out and ride with me! :) My 3-yo plays "triathlon" around the house. :D

Yay! My boys took 2nd and 3rd! I am so proud of them... it was so hot out today and they did their best, thats the most I can ask. Just had to share :D
