Need Tire Recommendation For 10-Hour Race

I am training for a 10-hour solo endurance race (my first event of this type). I have a Giant Anthem 0 with Mavic Crossmax SL wheels. I want to convert to tubeless tires. I have spoken to 4 different bike shops and have received just as many recommendations! The race is at Deer Valley in Utah. Conditions are typically dry with roots and rocks.

Any suggestions? I plan to take my bike into the shop next week for the conversion.
