First day back at work & i'm going through fading phases..I feel hunky dory most of the time but my brain is unusually fuzzy..I thought after 2 days of being home i'd be ok..
Any ideas? Well, other than not flying for 22hrs for another few yrs..:o
Next question is-I purchased a cool skirt from a shop in Van but they forgot to take the security tag off.. Ian made an interesting attempt but it didn't work  What's the best way to get these thingies off or should i just to to a seamstress & have them take that bit up? ARGH...
Oh, if anyone is on facebook, some of our trip photos are there..

Can you take it into a store there and see if they have the removal device? Or maybe goggle the problem?
No advice on the sleep thing. It took me some time to readjust to NA time. I took drugs to sleep while I was in the transition phase. :)

I had a chat with a seamstress down the road from my work & if we did have the skirt taken up it would be wayyyy too short    I'm going to give the shop in Van a ring & see if they'll sell me another couple of skirts..Fingers crossed they'll ship to Western Australia.

I've always been told that it takes one day per hour of time difference to recover from jet lag. So, it may be a while :(
I'm a huge believer in natural light. The quicker I can re-set my body clock to the sun, the better I do. (Get good and sleep-deprived to start, go to sleep as soon after sunset as possible, and let the sun wake me in the morning.) But I've never been farther than central Europe (five hours' different), and I'm lucky to live where I can allow natural light into my home without too much artificial light getting in at night.
Be extra careful during the transition, while your brain is fuzzy, especially after dark!
Good luck with the skirt. :o

Nice link, kat_h!!!
CC, I would bet you could find a way to get it off using kat's link or your own magnet. Or maybe find a store near you that uses magnetic security tags and ask them to take it off.
