National EMS Memorial Ride

The ride just took place this last week, but was contemplating planning/training for next year. Just wondering if anyone has done it yet, or any advice, etc. Its a 600 mile ride over 1 week time, takes place in May during EMS week to remember our fallen comrades, they start in NYC and end in Roanoke, VA.75-100 miles/day, with a support crew.
