gives your puppy wings....
We don't drink soda, but I have a bunch of cans of soda out on the deck which we bring to rides for SAG. Among them are some Red Bulls, which I recently brought to one of Jo and V's 200ks. Well, the puppy got into a V8 over the weekend, and I probably should have moved the sodas as well, because I just went out there 5 minutes ago and he was happily slurping up Red Bull from one of the cans he'd punctured.
Em's taking him on a nice long walk.

I've never tried the stuff, but it has a pretty distinctive smell, as I especially noticed after I sat down in a puddle of it during my indoor soccer game yesterday =/

Have you ever had a Sham-Bull? Champagne and Red Bull. Yum. :D

Do not like Red Bull at all, reminds me of fizzy sweet tarts. Chloe has been known to lap up cups of coffee, given the opportunity.

I am also not a fan of the drink. But he sure smells nice now. :D

Yikes! I once had a dog who would drink whiskey (you never dared to sit on the floor with a drink when she was around), but I never knew one who would open his own cans! :p
Hope your dog comes down off the ceiling soon...

When I was a kid living in Tucson, we had a swimming pool in the back yard. In the summer, Dad would pop a cold beer, set it down at the shallow end in the shade of the house and begin to swim some laps. Our schnauzer, Morgan, would run along edge chasing Dad. One day Morgan happened to tip over the cold beer, and licked some up. Yum! Next day, Dad would innocently continue his routine, not knowing the dog had taught himself a new trick. Morgan would run along a lap or two, then linger at the shallow end. When Dad was at the deep end, Morgan would knock the beer can over and help himself. Took Dad few days of knocked over beers to realize the dog was doing this on purpose. Drunk schnauzer is rather amusing, but hung over, not so much.

What a smart dog!
Mr. Chli dog, pictured at left, will gladly finish your cup of coffee for you, if you take your eyes off it for too long. Here we were thinking, "When did I finish my cofee? Did I finish drinking my coffee this morning??" ...until we realized what was going on.
He's devised a trick of running to the back door, with the "Alert! Doggie danger! Must protect family!" routine. He can sometimes get two adults and the other dachshund to follow him and open the door to look out. Then he runs back to steal whatever it was he wanted in the first place.
Sometimes my dog is smarter than the average human...

I used to have a white goat that I took to the bar down by the Ohio River and occasionally, he was allowed to come in and have a beer! That was quite a sight!
And, yes, this is a true story
