If it makes you feel better to know it, you're not the only one. I've not only had days when I obssesively checked TE a few times a day, but have had a couple of days that I didn't even bother to log off.:o The obsessiveness is worse on days I really NEED to ride but the @!#$%@$ weather won't cooperate. Like today. It keeps hailing/raining off and on all day. Me want ride bike.:(

.....and it looks like I have a LOT of work cut out for me! I only have a bit of time in the late evening when I can check the forum but I will do my best to make at least one post a day! :)

And that doesn't count the Podcasts that I listen to with their accompanying websites, and the Blogs that I read.

There's a few other forums that I'm a member of, but I don't visit or post on a regular basis on those. A couple of coffee forums, lots of cycling forums like bikePortland.org, serrottaforums.com(mostly for the bike porn - the last section down is for custom bikes!<drool>), bikeforums.com, etc.

I'm addicted. Here, and two other main forums...plus a few others to kill time where there is any to kill. This is down from the days of grad school when I was seriously active on numerous boards. :o

Though, TE is the only place that is both a time suck and a wallet suck! :p

As you all know, I am seriously addicted to this board. The butterflies seem to like it. :o I have to admit, though, I'm a bit of a purist. There's TE, and Facebook I check obsessively, but that's all. Other web browsing is at a minimum. I guess I'm an underachiever.

I LOVE TE! Totally addicted. I love reading through the threads. I also belong to Bike Journal, Spark People, and Face Book. I check every day my favorites TE, BJ, and SP and once in a while Face Book.

I, too, am a TE Discussion Forums frequent (not yet obsessive...ok some days I am) checker.
Posting volume is not big. I guess you call me a "lurker". I also must admit it is at WORK that I "lurk". I am too busy are tired when I get home. So while I work away I "check" and "peek" from time to time. Yes, you can tell I LOVE my job!:rolleyes:
Sadly work has been so busy I have not "lurked" for days. Today is all office time....so I expect I"ll be peeking in often!

TE is the only forum I participate in. I do Bike Journal only to log my miles. I think I posted there once because someone asked about my particular bike, which is an unusual brand.
I would say I'm addicted, but I don't post as much as some. It goes in spurts. And, I miss the posts of some who were here when I first got on TE.

I love how I started this, then my internet went out and it took me about 3 days to get comcast out to fix it! and then my laptop started overheating and shutting off avter 15 minutes of use:-(

I have been checking TE all the time though from the cell phone, but it is to hard to type posts on it, I feel.
