I pulled a guy the last half mile to the Junction on Mount Diablo today. :D No one ever drafts me when I'm climbing.

And I set a season PB for the climb to the Junction. It was windy up there, blowing a steady 16 mph, with gusts up to 35. I had planned on going to the summit, but figured I'd get too cold on the descent. Plus my bike was making a funny noise. When I got home, we put the bike in the trainer to check it out - decided it was my shoes. :D

Booyah, V!

I gather that means the new adjustments are working out well?

Yes, very well. My hamstring (behind the knee) irritation is getting less and less every day. This morning it was not stiff when I got out of bed. :)

I am reveling in riding with it not hurting.

We changed the saddle height on all my bikes this weekend. They were all the same, so even my little commute was irritating it.

V.Did you check the fore/aft with a plumb line also? It's kind of a pain if you don't use the same saddle, but it can be done.

Glad your knees are smiling again.

The commute bike is still a little off fore and aft. The road bikes are both the same now. I still need to check my MB.

We didn't use a line, just measured the heck out of everything.
