Hi all -- I introduced myself to this message board back in February looking for my wayward little red Rodriguez -- still no sign of it, but for my sanity I must move on . . . I'm working with my insurance company to get a replacement "of like kind," but in the meantime, I began to think practically about my commute -- I just started this job in October, so I haven't done it on a bike yet -- it's about 5-6 miles but there is no bike storage at my office. So I got in touch with an old friend of mine at Dahon, and he set me up with this incredibly cool piece of equipment. I'll be able to stash it under my desk!

It's a 2007 Speed Pro TT. Specs can be seen at http://www.dahon.com/archive/2007/intl/speedprott.htm

I'm taking it in on Saturday to get tuned. I can't wait to ride it!

Thanks again to all the support from everyone when my previous bike was stolen --

-Jocelyn

Not the best picture, as the room I'm in is tiny -- I had trouble getting far away enough to fit the bike in the frame, but I had to put it against that dark blue wall!

I considered that bike, but ended up with a Bike Friday. Folding bikes are so great because you can take them and store them in places that full-sized bike can't go, like under desks and in airplanes and on trains. So sorry that your Rodriguez has not made a triumphant return.
