You might try the Gear & Accessories section, and run some searches just in that one section.

I'm sympathetic, though. It is true that all the discussions about various components seem to end up all over the place. Ah well...so many threads, so little time. :rolleyes: :p

True of most subjects on TE forums....health questions, bike brands, apparel, clipless shoes, saddles,....
Categories are only as good as the people who use them. many people just post their questions in general categories even if there is a specific place for them. It's just the way it is. :rolleyes:
