I'm trying to choose some books that will help me with my tri training. I'm excited to find a plan that looks good and start working towards my goal. So far I'm thinking about getting Total Immersion and Training Plans for Mulitsport Athletes.

I have about another $8 to spend (I'm sure I'll go over, though) to get free shipping and want to know if there are any other motivating/helpful books/cds you've used or recommend. I'm also going to start using beginnertriathlete.com more and logging my workouts. Thanks!

I'm getting really excited about this whole process. I've had a couple dreams about being at a tri or find myself daydreaming about the race.

How about the swim workouts by Gale Berhardt? I haven“t got these, but I was thinking of it - they are supposed to be laminated cards, so you can take them to the pool.

I purchashed the "Complete Idiots Guide to Triathlon Training". I really liked it as it coverd everything!
