That's interesting. My old 5K strategy (when I was fast) was that if I didn't cross the finish line and want to throw up- I didn't run hard enough. I don't run many 5K's anymore. :rolleyes:

That's what my coach says: "Finish Puking." Nice. Am running an 8k next weekend.....
