OK, I know. Weird topic and maybe it should be under the forum for Adventure Stories. But has anybody used this paper? Does it work? Does it come off with prolonged sweating like on a bike?

Thank you. As I've stated earlier, my cool factor suffers greatly at times.

Didn't realize this would be such an entertaining topic. You know, you can make temporary tattoos with this paper for children so, Corsair, get your mind out of the gutter. :p

That's ok. :)

heh. Back when I used to work for Microsoft, I kept on joking that I was going to make up a fake asset tag, that we use on equipment, and put it on a temporary tattoo and wear it on my forehead for halloween. :D

Had to represent that the company owned me

Considering having temporary tattos made for biceps and cheeks (either one just don't tell me which). Any artiste type out there that could put bright yellow in the center of the chainring to make it "pop" more? I'm a computer graphics klutz.

Oops, just corrected the spelling!

Where are you guys finding these beautiful chainrings? Are they drawings of real chainrings? I don't know if this was what you were looking for, SadieKate...the little deer legs came out a bit wobbly because the picture is so small

Wow!!! You are so good! Thank you. Can you send me your file with the yellow? Don't you think the yellow makes it more eyecatching? What do you all think? I want the logo to look like a headbadge you'd find on a beautiful old Italian steel racer but be colorful enough to make heads turn.

This guy has a bunch of old vintage stuff on his site.

I think you did a beautiful job! You can right-click on the image to save it right off the post but it will be tiny! Wow, that site is something else - why don't we have chainrings that pretty now?? I guess custom bikes do.

Oooooh, fancy! My squirrels are going to be jealous! I have to figure out how to add color to them.

Here are a couple links to the temp tattoo paper just in case anyone needs to play even more!

Most of the Amici Veloci team members have responded that they're "game" for wearing a temporary tattoo! Snap is doing some more playing with the logo and our "gang" colors. Stay posted for more silliness.

V, are you staying above it all? Going to be our token dignified person?

Veronica
03-15-2005, 02:38 PM
Ahhh... dignified.... you haven't seen my pictures from last year's Cinderella?

Sure why not. If I can wear a mustache, I can do a tatoo. Can they go on legs?

V.

SadieKate

I think you definitely need a tattoo!

I'm going to print them in 2 sizes: 1) small enough for faces in case we have to wear arm warmers and 2) size for biceps or calves.

Anxiously awaiting Snap's inspirations . . .

SadieKate sez "Bubba got these for Valentine's. They're pretty neat."
