My bike guru almost gave me this aero bar (just the top part, on a regular road handlebar)

Lucky it did not put me in a good position. It is incredibly expensive (hand made) - and way too cool for my level.

I sometimes worry that I don't live up to my bike's potential- I KNOW I wouldn't live up to that bar's potential. :D
