This is a great vest. I've worn it twice on days that started in the 40s and went up to 70 and it kept me warm, but I did not overheat. Alas, I've come to the conclusion, it's a little too small for me through the shoulders.
What I think is the best thing about it - it has three pockets in the back, great for the cell phone and camera.
