Cateye question

It's that time of year, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the time on my Cateye. I've pushed the buttons in every combination imaginable, but no luck. Could anyone explain it? Thanks!

I can't help you directly, but one thing I love about Cateye is that they have all their old owner's manuals up on their site, including manuals for 1980s models that someone has gone to the trouble of hand-scanning.

In the Elapsed Time function (little "Tm" displayed off to the side) press and hold the Mode button for two seconds. That brings up the clock. Then press the Set button. Either the hour or the minutes will begin flashing. Press Start/Stop to alternate between the hour and minutes. When the hour number is flashing, press Mode to change it. Press Set when you're done.
