I know there was a thread about this some time ago but I couldn't find it when I searched.
So, what kind of carbon cages do you/have you used? Lots of carbon cages out there that are very expensive but not really all that light, lots that are very light but look like they might not hold the bottle that well...
does anyone use:
--zipp speed cage?
--arundel dave-o?
--elite patao?
--other?
thanks!!!

I use Profile Design (http://www.biketiresdirect.com/productdetail.asp?p=PSKKK&tn=0) carbon cages. Don't know if they're the lighest out there...but they suit my needs just fine.
I have Performance's house brand on my bike. They are full carbon, very light and so far have proven to be much stronger than they look. I have a previous year's design and I think they are more attractive than the current ones.... (and they were cheap - about $20 on sale)

Arundel are great, hold the bottle well. That said I love my Bontrager carbon, super easy in/out with good hold, and they look good.

I have a pair of Karbona carbon cages. I've been happy with the way they've held up and they look good too !

Wow! Did you get your bike painted to match those or just get really lucky? That looks awesome!
I use profile design cages because they were not too expensive and they matched my bike. They work just fine, and until I'm 5% bodyfat, I'm not too concerned about whether or not they're the lightest ones out there.

Thanks Andrea.
I ordered the frame painted throught the Trek Project One website. A friend of mine built her up. I couldn't believe that he was able to find cages that were such a perfect match too.
