I just finished my first Spinerval--the Fitness 1.0 Clydesdale DVD. I feel great! I was really expecting it to kick my happy hiney to the curb, but I hung in there and finished strong. This workout is so much better than riding outdoors on a cold/blustery/rainy/snowy/thundery day. :)

Thanks TE'ers for encouraging us to try Spinervals. I'm gonna shop for my next one.

I'm seeing a difference after doing Spinervals for less than a month. They're well worth the investment, IMHO. :cool:

LOL!!

I decided to order the Competition 7.0 hill workout (to be a better hill slug :p ) and the virtual fall tour. I'm hoping my rides this season will be much improved. :)
