I'm reading Tosca Reno's book The Eat-Clean Diet. She shares some great tips about eating clean. She turned her life around at 40. Sam's Club carries the book.

I just returned from my Las Vegas vacation. Wynn is a beautiful and classy hotel. No cycling....only buffets. Alot of veggies and fruits too! There is a huge mall across from the hotel, Fashion Show Mall. Great Pumas shop. Starbucks and Teavana too!
