Just wondering if any of you use online running logs, and if so, which one(s) you'd recommend (or not!). I'd like something free, simple, and with the ability to enter split (lap) times and average heart rate. I googled "running logs", and a lot of different sites came up, but I have no idea which ones might be the most user-friendly and easy to get started with for a beginning runner. Any opinions?

Thanks!
Emily

I use www.logyourrun.com

It is free, easy and you can log runs, rides, swims, and walks.

Thanks nonsmoker!

That's what I was looking for. I don't swim, but I can use it for running and riding -- I'll check it out!

My running log is on http://runningahead.com. It's a really friendly running forum and there is a women's user group there too.

I use http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/ now because coolrunning became http://www.active.com/ and I didn't like it as much.

I probably need someone to keep an eye on me and give me he!! when I'm not doing anything. Any extra tips you have will help me too.
