An old joke but well timed

My daughter's swim meet warm-ups start at 7:00 a.m. If you have an hour drive, that's one heck of an early start. I looked across our team's area of the crash room at another sleepy little girl.

"Hey, Susie!" I yelled. "Do you know why I didn't bring my bike today?" I am notorious for having my bike always.
"No," she said.
"Because it was two-tired!"

She stared at me blankly while her parents, and everyone else, groaned. As the joke filtered through her tired little brain, she finally started to giggle.
