Winter Jerseys

I find in cooler temps when I wear my light fleece jersey with a baselayer I have to also wear a vest to keep the wind chill down. Has anyone tried the PI Gavia Jersey? Looks like it has AmFib wind protectant added in front. Any feedback appreciated.

I have an older PI jersey that is very similar to the new Gavia stuff. It's pretty toasty, in fact I'll overheat in it in temps above 50's. Also, it's not a good middle layer because the windblocking factor makes it not as breathable. So I prefer to use it on the outside for cool weather riding, but it doesn't work as well as an inner layer for very cold riding.
