My LBS

I have to say something nice about my LBS, the Jolly Cyclist, soon to be the Bike Pedlar.

I got a tuneup this week and picked up the bike last night. I ran by home at lunch and there was a message on my machine. It was H.A. the manager. He said he felt bad about my tape (it's filthy), and has ordered me some more orange Salsa and wants to put it on 'no charge'.

there is nothing that encourages loyalty in me more than someone going just a little above and beyond of my expectation. Very, very cool of HA and very smart business too! :)

I agree! I will always go to MY favorite LBS because they went the 'extra mile' for me....
