Please join the Luna Chix and the Valley Spokesmen (the club putting on the Cinderella) for the 2008 Cinderella training rides.
This is our 3rd year co-leading these rides. We are looking forward to seeing you!
What: 20 miles
When: Saturday 1/12 at 9:00 a.m.
Where: Lafayette BART (http://www.bart.gov/stations/stationguide/localareamap_lafay.asp) - Meet in the upper lot on the hill.
What else: Fun, Friends, FREE lunabars and lunasport (http://lunabar.com/pages/sport/)
This is our 3rd year offering these training rides and each year we see an amazing turnaround in the fitness level of women who set a goal of riding their first metric century or increasing their general fitness. We also see a significant number of seasoned cyclists who want to join the group purely for the camaraderie. Whatever your skill level, I hope you will join us for our first training ride (for 2008) and continue with us until the big event on April 5th. We will also have several people who are not actually doing the event, but just want to ride with a fun group of girlfriends.....
