 the upgrade took a bit longer than planned - 'twas a two-second fix that took two days to arrive at. Everything should be working now - please let us know if it isn't. The new forum has several new features, hope you enjoy them!

Thanks for coming back! The updates look great, and you've now stopped my withdrawal pains. This is a great place to exchange ideas. Unlike some of the other forums out there - this one has participants who are very supportive.

Thanks for providing this forum for all of us cycling addicts.

Good news, you can now post INLINE images (no need to host them on an external site anymore). Please keep your use of images under control to conserve disk space and bandwidth on our server, and to respect users who are on dial-up connections.

Dial-up users, you may want to change your settings in "User CP" (menu bar at top of page) so that you disable the display of images (they show up as links instead).

I know you have 1,000,000 details to work on, but is "search" working? I can't get any hits on any "old" threads.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Boy, was I getting withdrawal symptoms - didn't realize the forum was being upgraded and even sent an email to the webmaster when it didn't work last night for me. Glad to have it back. Just trying it out! :)

the search index has been re-built, so that now works -- next?

There used to be a limit to how many smilies we could put in one post. I'm just checking what the limit is now. ;) :D  :o  :( :)  :p ;) :D  :o  :( :)

That photo at the railroad crossing simply begs for a caption contest.

Whoa! that was scarey

I guess because I'm in the UK and on a completely different time zone...I missed the post telling of the close down

I'd better go look around, see what you girls have been up to while I've been sleeping.

Oh and Messrs. Administrator(s) it looks very nice :) and thank you for all your hard work :)

I'm looking for viewing option adjustments. The whole "view" seems really big and boxy to me (1024 x 768 ) and I was looking for settings...????

Are you looking for the "Display Mode" on the far right? That is the only thing I can find.

avatar and user info now back on the left side instead of on top of each post - is that better?

Thanks to all at TE for a job well-done. I missed the message too - I guess I'm just not on here enough (gasp! ) to have seen it but I LOVE the look.
Hats Off!

I'm so relieved to hear that many other people missed the board as much as me. I was also on the point of emailing TE to ask them what was going on and realised that if the board did go down, I don't have any contact details for anyone, so you'd all be lost in cyber-space forever.

Thanks for the upgrade TE and thanks for making me realise how much I value the board and all the great ladies that meet here. :D :)

A surprise to see a piccy of somewhere familiar in here - I've driven over that bridge several times, most recently last October.
