I've taken tours with both Womens Quest (http://www.womensquest.com/) and WomanTours. Both are excellent companies that put together great trips to wonderful places.

Jill Gass and Dotsie Bausch run a women's cycling camp - I've been twice, they do great rides with lots of individual coaching.
