I bought my Garmin 305 Edge from costco online. I sent in the rebate form on 10/19. Since this was an online order, I did not have a register receipt so I sent the UPC, rebate form and confirmation page printed when I placed the order. Two weeks later I received an email saying my rebate was refused. So I resubmitted ,this time with all the stuff as before and this time with the packing slip. I sent that off on 11/7 but haven't heard anything. Anyone else have any problem with the rebate? Any phone number to call. I've serached but can't find one.
I just wanted to bump this since I'm waiting for rebates on two computers (I'm such a good girlfriend...). I sent everything in right around October 20th, but haven't heard anything. In the past, it seems that most rebates took a month or two, but I would love to check on the status- especially since it is a nice little chunk of money! Anyone receive their rebate? Do you remember how long it took?

Have you called or emailed Garmin directly?
I'll be interested to see what happens here. We bought a Garmin 60Cx today for caching and road trips. Garmin is offering a rebate for this GPS too, which I'm sending off this week. I'll let you know what happens, and I'll watch here for any updates. Do let us know what you find out.

Did you get an emailed invoice or can you print one off of the website you bought it from? I just purchased mine on Amazon and will be sending in the invoice that I obtained from looking at my recent orders in Amazon. Maybe I will call before sending it in though.
I emailed. Here's what I got (see below). I'm pretty impressed, they seem very organized so hopefully everything will be ok. I wasn't in the system yet, but who knows what date my BF actually dropped the papers in the mail. I'll keep everyone updated.
"Thank you for contacting Garmin International. It takes approximately 30
days for our rebate center to receive a submission and load it into our
database. Once it is in our database, customers can check their status
on our website at www.status-now.com
Please allow 8-12 weeks to receive the rebate check, per the rebate
coupon.
If you cannot locate your status on the above website and you know that
it has been more than 30 days since you mailed in your paperwork, then
please use the following link to check your status.

I spent a short time working at a rebate fulfillment center, and rebates are almost always denied without the receipt. If your rebate is denied again, just resubmit with the emailed confirmation/invoice (they want to see what price you paid). Just remember to save photocopies! Once you send stuff in, it can sometimes get lost, and it's always best to have copies that you can resubmit.
Good luck!

I'm about to buy a Garmin Forerunner. What's the details on this? Where can I find it?
Thanks!
If you do a search on here for "Garmin rebate", the coupon is linked in one of the threads. The rebate is for signing up for the powerbar newsletter, so you can probably find details on that site as well.
By the way, I love my edge! My BF and I are both very happy with them.
