$1,500... or trade... or come and see it and make an offer.
If anyone is interested, we are thinking about selling our Serro Scotty teardrop camper. It's a great little camper. We aren't using it enough to warrant its storage under a tarp in the back paddock. It needs someone to love it.
If you are in the NE area give me a shout and maybe you can come and see it and we can talk price or trade.
It looks like this, in somewhat better shape:

and the hope is that it will someday look like this:

It is a lightweight tow behind camper, enough room for two, very cute playhouse style kitchenette and bunk inside.

Oh, it's so cute! We've been thinking of getting a camper like that one day soon. I hope someone takes it and makes it their home away from home!

if I lived in that, instead of in my apartment, I could afford MORE BIKES!:D
Very cute, wish I could go for it!
...my "Tarzan and The Leopard Woman' poster!

We're bringing the price down to $900 after looking at the aluminum around the bottom edging where it meets the plywood. Someone will have to eventually replace parts of the plywood here.
This is a good project camper. It is roadworthy and usable now, but eventually will need someone to redo it.

Oh stop!!!! You're killing me. If I were a couple thousand miles closer I'd buy it in a second. I've been looking for one recently, but can't find any older ones worth a hoot, and I'm NOT dropping $6-8000 on a new one (can't afford it).
Please somebody buy it. :D

I'm waaaaay off on the west coast, or I would! I've been wanting one for years!
<Knot tries to figure out how she'd manage to drive to RI, get trailer, drive home, and not use any PTO or $$... dang, couldn't do it until summer!>
if I had any money I'd be on a road trip right now.
I guess my Tarzan poster just wasn't a good enough trade :(

I'm trying to think how I can send it USPS to ya Knotted... ;)
Stick a stamp on it and stick it out by the mailbox?

Man, I'm even farther west than Knot, but I want that trailer! No can do at the moment, though.
It begs for a cross-USA ride on the bike, then buy a used pickup and bring both truck & trailer home!!!

Oh man. I've always had this lust thing going for silver campers. I think you're a bit too far away though!! I'm surprised it hasn't sold, if you were closer it would be OURS!
It's kinda sad but $900 is cheaper than any bike I'd want. SUCH a deal!!!

<Knot bouncing up and down with frustration>
Teigyr, we could carpool out there and get it halfsies... (except I don't have any time off or money for gas etc etc)

Teigyr- why did you bump this thread up again? Just when I was getting over the fact that I couldn't have it- here it is again mocking me with temptation.
I'm closer than both of you, and I'm STILL too far away.
(sigh)... I lust after those cute little trailers.
Hey Indigoiis- how about you take the camper on a nice vacation to (ahem) sunny Oklahoma and drop it off here?? :p

You might try advertising it here: http://www.mikenchell.com/forums/
which is the teardrop forum. Though don't list it as a teardrop. It isn't. It's a tiny travel trailer (TTT).
