It's getting to be that time of year, and with a smaller car this year, if my bike is going to fit in the back at all on top of all our other stuff, the pedals are going to have to come off.
They're on really tight and it's going to take an impact wrench. So I need to confirm that I'm going the right direction before I start waling on them.
Right pedal is right hand threaded, left pedal is left hand (reverse) threaded, right?
But then the Keos don't use a regular pedal wrench on the lateral side of the crankarm. They unscrew from the medial side with an Allen wrench.
So since you're actually screwing in to push the axle through to remove it...
right pedal unscrews clockwise with the Allen wrench, left pedal unscrews counterclockwise.
Have I got this right?
