CC, it just means that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. Healing! I know it's very hard for an active person such as yourself but I'd rather everthing heals right so that you can enjoy all your activities again pain-free.

You know we're here for you, right?

Heh - yeah, you do :D And at the moment that's a good thing. Deal - I'll do some riding for you, you do some surfing for me. I need to cut down anyway. ;)

Do you guys count trainer miles in your total mileage, or just miles traveled?

I just have miles traveled, because there's no mileage count on the spin bikes at the gym I go to.

Just miles traveled, I don't do (haven't done) any indoor biking.
