No school today so I rode this morning actually with my doctor and we went 40 miles which is the farthest I've gone at once since my last crash! It felt great like i could go forever :) To bad everday isn't like that!

Good for you! That is great news! :D 40 miles is a big accomplishment!

Did you end up going on meds so hopefully you won't risk crashing again?

You are awesome!!! I'm so glad that you got to ride long! I always feel a little safer when I ride with my doctor. Of course, I have to ride hard to keep up with him.

What injuries are you still dealing with?

Great job! I'm sure it's a wonderful feeling getting back out there and 40 miles is a big accomplishment with all you've been through.

Ha, yeah im pretty sure he was taking it easy on me!

Not really any injuries, the stitches are gone, the roadrash is basically gone and didnt even really scar to bad and my arm has healed fine this time. I get kinda stiff in both elbows though if i dont remember to relax and not put so much pressure on them...

I did go on meds, they have helped, not completely taken care of the problem but helped. Starting november 1st I'm going to go off them and try a special diet that is supposed ot help and also will help tell if it might have been a nutrition problem maybe. I just have to be closely monitored they say. We'll see
