Numb Left Foot

Lately, and with no problems before or change in seat position, my left foot gets numb. My shoes fit loose, and like I said, my seat position hasnt changed. Any thoughts as to whats going on. It comes on after approx. 4 miles... Tx:rolleyes:

If your shoes are loose already, try moving your cleats, perhaps back (toward the heel) a bit. Lots of people (including me) swear by this for hot foot, which is somewhat similar. Another thought: Have you changed your socks recently? (Not like "Are you riding with dirty socks?" but are the socks you are now using a different thickness or style than what you used before?)
