I was in the short route dept too as I had so much to do. But I got in 20 pleasant miles. Fall is so nice.
A quick 13 miles for me after baking pies and playing with my chainsaw and installing my front fender.

46 miles for me on my new bike. It's my longest ride so far but I'm thinking about doing the 80 mile group ride next week.

Did 23 miles and pulled a child's trailer for part of it. Talk about a great workout. I averaged 15.5 mph though. :)

We did the Big Dam Bridge Century in Little Rock. It was a great ride, challenging and well organized. I am telling you the AV Jersey makes me fast!! Did a hilly century in 6 hours 2 minutes with an average speed of 16.6 mph. And there were two boogers of climbs right at the half way point. Weather was GORGEOUS, we loved the ride!
Did 35 miles across the Big Dam Bridge, a personal best, AND I'm pleased to report I can still walk! I love it more than ever! Old Blue os a good and faithful steed . . .
DH, stepmother and I rode in the Waco Wild West ride and did 27.5 miles. It was suppose to be 25 but hey who's counting. We finished great and it was a beautiful day, but a bit windy. This is the ride I tried to do 50 on last year and ended up taking a sag wagon back to the truck. I wasn't even going to try it again this year. Besides it was our 18th wedding annivesary and I didn't want to be warn out and unable to celebrate. LOL It was a great ride.

Congrats Hub!!! I am so sorry I didn't see you all at the start. It was a wonderful ride and we couldn't have ordered nicer weather. So next year you're doing 50? :p
