I am off tomorrow for Tahoe. Good vibes between 9 and 1 on Sunday mt standard time. I will not be back until Monday night so no updates until Tuesday unless I can find computer access out there.
Current Tahoe weather...23 degrees this morning
water temp 59 degrees...

The weather should be great for you this weekend! The Tahoe-Sierra Century last weekend, on the other hand, was a bust. Rain, hail, sleet, snow . . . road closures . . . near hypothermia . . . it was ugly. :(

I'll be thinking about you, RNRG. The Sierra will probably be lovely with that li'l bit of snow they got last week. (**sigh** missing the Sierra a whole bunch...)

My friend (who's also out there for Nationals) said it had snowed Saturday. :eek:
Sooooo... 50 something degree water, then getting on your bike (soaking wet) and riding on snow on the very technical mtn bike trails and then running on snow covered run trails. I think anyone competing in those conditions deserves to win no matter HOW many people show up. I guess that's why I don't get to go to Nationals- I'm a weenie! :p
