Has anyone done this race? I somehow got myself committed (or maybe I should be committed). I'm doing the hill climb and the mtn bike sprint. Any advice?

ps -- I should note that I've never done a tri (except a relay). I haven't been running or swimming either. maybe this is just a stupid idea.

yup! that's it. we were actually planning to do the omnium -- mtn bike hill climb on friday, road sprint tri on saturday, off-road sprint tri on sunday -- but I know I won't be able to run 3 miles two days in a row since I haven't been running.
