I just came back from the dentist; I lost a crown and have to have it replaced...of course insurance will only cover about half...grrrrr DH lost one LAST week...grrrrr 2

So to make myself feel Ok ( :o ) I went into a shop to try on bicycle shorts...never in my life having even contemplated such a thing...and was ASTONISHED to see that the PI Ultra Sensors I tried actually looked pretty darn good on me...and I'm a 50 year old Clydesdale pony..(hmm would that be a Shetland??) Given the sensitivity of my anatomy, I figure anything that will keep me riding is a good thing. Right?

Came home and found them on sale at bicyclehub, and they also seem to have the rain jacket I want and so I added that on (10% off no shipping $)....

gulp...all the money goes out...out out...but I suppose what comes back is worth it!!

Well, I think you should reward yourself every now and then--especially after having a bad week or two. Just tell yourself you are into preserving your mental health through cycling.;)
