Hey everyone -- once again Katies sister writing. I don't think shes been on here much this summer but thought I'd let you all know anyways.. Katie was on a group ride this evening not really sure what happened but she passed out while going uphill and riding and and is pretty beat up, she RE - dislocated her elbow and fractured her arm and lots of road rash and 18 stitches... They are keeping her tonight at the hospital, shes in pretty good spirits but I think this one scared her pretty good. Thanks for all of your ladies supporting her!!

Hey everyone-- Thanks for all the well wishes, i just printed them off to take to katie when i visit her again this afternoon. I was wrong initially, she didnt rebrake her left arm this time its her right arm. She was wanting me to bring the laptop over tnoight so shje could post herself. Thanks again!

Katie, what a horrible thing to have happen. I'm just glad you were on a group ride versus out by yourself. We are all hoping they find out why this happened so you can be back on your bike very, very quickly after everything has mended. More healing vibes coming at ya.
