Anyone ridden the Tour of Napa Valley?

Wondering what the tour of Napa Valley is like, I have two new rider friends that are going on the 30 miler and neither have ridden that distance on a bike.

It's almost completely flat and just goes up and down the valley. The short route doesn't go into the hills.

Thanks Sadie Kate, my friends will be happy to hear that its flat..dont want to scare them off on their first long ride! As a side note-I love this website...I ve gotten more usefull information here than other sites..:)
